Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York invites an Associate to join the Kinexys Product Control team, driving the future of payments. You will deliver month-end close, analyze P&L and balance sheet, and maintain a strong control environment with clear commentary and documentation.

You will work with Payments F&BM, Technology, and Finance to align deliverables, support new initiatives, and grow your governance and stakeholder-management skills in a fast-paced banking setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant Product Control or finance experience.
• Strong ability to identify, assess and elevate control and risk issues.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication with concise commentary.
• Collaborate effectively with business, Operations, Technology, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely month-end close as part of Kinexys Product Control.
• Prepare and analyze P&L and balance sheet with clear commentary on drivers and movements.
• Investigate, explain, and resolve variances with root-cause analysis.
• Maintain a strong control environment, ensuring policy and P&L requirements are met.
• Perform key Product Control reconciliations, substantiations, and evidencing with robust documentation.
• Partner with Kinexys business, Payments F&BM, Technology, and Finance to align deliverables.
• Support new business initiatives and changes through impact assessments.
• Contribute to forecasting and outlook, validating inputs and challenging assumptions.
