Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product, Technology, or Project Management
• Knowledge of risk management, governance, and local nuances
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Consulting or strategy experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to synthesize complex information and present insights
• Collaborative yet independent with minimal guidance
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Support strategy development translating priorities into executable plans, milestones and measurable outcomes
• Prepare clear, concise presentation materials for senior leadership
• Maintain an informed view of digital assets and the broader fintech landscape
• Support the team on pricing analysis to evaluate market trends and client behavior
• Develop a strong understanding of our products to tailor collateral to specific markets
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Legal, Risk, Compliance Operations, and Technology
