Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate in Claims, Disputes, Fraud and Operations to drive AI-powered product development and optimization. You’ll use user research and feedback to shape innovative, tech-driven products and enhance existing offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value and efficiency.

The role emphasizes integrating AI into workflows, partnering with Product Managers, and guiding the product roadmap through market analysis and metrics reviews.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with modern development environments (e.g., VSCode, BMAD).
• Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
• Experience in agile teams and using agile delivery frameworks (e.g., ADF).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering to streamline product delivery using modern IDEs.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance development and automation.
• Support agile delivery using ADF and best practices.
• Champion integration of AI and automation into product features and workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
• Plan upstream and downstream implications of new features on the product experience.
• Collect user research, journey mapping and market analysis to inform the roadmap.
• Analyze product metrics across the life cycle and ensure targets are met.
• Write requirements, epics and user stories to support development.
