Job summary

Sidecar Health is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to build an AI-powered claims automation platform for the healthcare fintech space. You will drive the strategy for end-to-end claim processing systems, including extraction, routing, and adjudication, with a focus on auditable, compliant workflows.

You will partner with compliance and operations to map processes to technology solutions, tackle migrations, and oversee platform upgrades in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex processing systems with queues and routing.
• Shipped AI products with non-deterministic system challenges like hallucination risk.
• Ability to write rigorous specs for data pipelines and LLM-based logic.
• Builder mindset with 0-to-1 startup experience.

Responsibilities

• Own claims automation roadmap including extraction, adjudication and routing.
• Define AI/ML feature strategy and intelligent assistant capabilities.
• Develop human-in-the-loop workflows and audit trails.
• Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for claims infrastructure.
