Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate in Business Banking Data and Agentic AI to lead product development through user research, data insights, and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with the Product Manager to identify opportunities that align with customer needs and market demands, shaping our product roadmap and ongoing success.

You will work with data and analytics teams to analyze metrics, write clear requirements and user stories, and help launch high-quality solutions

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Advanced Jira skills to write Jira Query Language (JQL), configure epics, stories, and tasks.
• Runbook creation/maintenance, PowerPoint presentations, and workstream documentation.

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
• Considers upstream and downstream implications of new features on the product experience.
• Supports user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap.
• Analyzes product metrics including time, cost, and quality targets across the lifecycle.
• Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
• Collaborates with data/analytics professionals to interpret data.
• Facilitates data field transfers between source systems.
• Researches data-related fields to identify gaps and build epics and stories.
