Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate to shape and optimize data-focused products within Consumer & Community Bank's Data & Analytics. You’ll leverage user research and feedback to drive innovative features, modernize metadata and data modeling, and monitor data health while collaborating with cross-functional teams and AI tools.

You will work hands-on with SQL and data analysis, build a prioritized backlog, and guide product development through discovery to launch with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or related field.
• Experience with product lifecycle, discovery, requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Strong product management fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, road‑mapping, backlog management and delivery.
• Excellent communicator who engages users and demos, and collaborates with partners.
• Experience with user research, usability testing and iterating on feedback.
• Depth in data management, governance and analytics (metadata, data quality, stewardship).
• Working SQL skills and understanding of schemas, data models and pipelines.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude/Copilot) to research, analyze, write, prototype.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities from user research and market needs.
• Considers upstream and downstream implications of new features on the product experience.
• Supports collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the roadmap.
• Analyzes product metrics and tracks time, cost, quality targets across development life cycle.
• Writes requirements, epics, and user stories; prioritizes high-value opportunities.
• Builds relationships with users, engineers, and stakeholders; conducts interviews and usability tests.
• Learns how metadata, data health and data models drive governance and AI readiness.
• Provides clear documentation, presentations and demos to influence governance and engineering partners.
• Hands-on with SQL, data analysis, design, and AI tools to prototype and challenge solutions.
• Maintains a prioritized backlog and collaborates with engineering on priorities and blockers.
• Validates ideas with prototypes, spikes and pilots; tracks adoption and value after launch.
