Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Experience with product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Strong ability to track action items, owners, and due dates across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to communicate clearly, document decisions, and summarize stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities based on user research and market needs.
• Plans upstream and downstream implications of features on overall product experience.
• Supports collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the roadmap.
• Analyzes product metrics and tracks cost, time, and quality across development life cycle.
• Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support development.
• Leads day-to-day delivery for account opening solutions with cross-functional teams.
