Job summary

JPMorganChase in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Product Associate to contribute to the One Chase Field Enablement Platform (OCFEP) product. You will support the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, translating customer and business needs into scalable product solutions.

Collaborate across Product, Technology, Design, Data, Legal, Risk, Controls, and business stakeholders to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product management or related discipline.
Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
Ability to translate customer and stakeholder needs into requirements and stories.
Strong collaboration across Product, Technology, Strategy, Operations, Risk and business teams.
Proficient in using Jira/Confluence or similar Agile tools.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product leadership to identify opportunities via user research and insights.
Own defined product workstreams from discovery through release with cross-functional stakeholders.
Define scalable features, integration requirements, and adoption strategies for enterprise capabilities.
Translate requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
Analyze product metrics to support roadmap decisions and outcomes.
Identify risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure timely delivery.
Incorporate governance, controls, and operational readiness into discovery and delivery.
