Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate to drive product development for customer onboarding. You will collaborate with Product Managers, conduct user research, and leverage metrics to shape innovative features and improve existing offerings.

You will document requirements, create epics and user stories, and work with multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver on a roadmap for the firm and its customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or related field.
• Solid knowledge of the product development lifecycle.
• Experience with discovery and requirement definition.
• Developing data analytics and data literacy.
• Strong organizational skills for multi‑workstream tracking.
• Attention to detail in project documentation and deliverables.
• Effective email management and stakeholder follow‑ups.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and blockers.
• Clear, up‑to‑date documentation in shared repositories.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Manager to identify new opportunities via user research.
• Plan upstream and downstream impacts of new features on the product experience.
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis for the roadmap.
• Analyze and track product metrics across the development life cycle.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories for development.
• Lead day‑to‑day delivery for account opening solutions with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain delivery hygiene: backlog refinement, sprints, dependency tracking.
• Coordinate testing across partners and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track progress against plan and report deviations to the PM.
• Document meetings and drive timely follow‑ups to close items.
