Job summary

Tekmetric, founded in Houston and now a leading cloud-based platform for auto repair shops, seeks a Senior Product Operations Manager. You will design and own the product metrics program, partner with product leadership, and build credible models linking inputs to business outcomes.

You will enable self-serve insights, dream up dashboards, and translate data into actionable recommendations that shape roadmaps, OKRs, and strategy.

Qualifications

5–8+ years in Product Operations, Product Analytics, BI, or related roles.
Foundational statistical methods: regression, correlation, predictive modeling.
Experience designing analytics programs and translating data into decisions.
Experience translating data into actionable recommendations that influence product decisions.
Experience in SaaS or platform products is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and evolve Tekmetric's product metrics program, defining what we measure and why it matters.
Build a multi-variable outcome model linking product inputs to retention, revenue, and engagement.
Apply statistical methods to validate metric definitions and ensure credible models.
Develop dashboards, templates, and self-serve analytics for PMs and cross-functional teams.
Deliver insights and recommendations for prioritization, roadmaps, and OKRs.
Translate data into narratives for executive reviews and planning cycles.
Manage backlog of analytic work and align stakeholders on learnings.
