Job summary

Tekmetric seeks a data-driven professional to design and own Tekmetric's product metrics program, building a multi-variable outcome model that links product inputs to retention, revenue, customer health, and engagement.

You will surface customer behavior trends through proactive analyses, translate data into actionable recommendations for product and executive decisions, and empower product teams by delivering self-service dashboards and collaborating with Engineering and Data on event tracking
