Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in advanced analytics or Customer operations, SaaS a plus.
Experience developing strategies to scale revenue teams to meet customer needs.
Strong analytical skills with data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and track strategic and operational programs to improve revenue & customer health goals.
Optimize Sales, Sales Development, and Channel Partnership processes and leverage sales analytics.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide insights into KPIs and operational metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvements.
Lead initiatives to implement new processes and refine existing ones across revenue functions.
Translate analytics into concrete actions to enhance sales performance and revenue outcomes.
