CVS Health is seeking a Senior Product Analytics Associate to lead data-driven product roadmaps. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical operations to define metrics and deliver insights that shape health-focused initiatives.

The role emphasizes SQL, Python/R, dbt, and advanced analytics to drive ROI and product impact. A remote-friendly environment with strong data storytelling is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Statistics, Data Science, CS, Engineering, or related).
• 5+ years in a technical product analytics or data science role.
• Experience with dbt (or similar) and version control (Git).
• Experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and statistics (regression, clustering, predictive modelling).
• Advanced SQL; Python or R; collaboration with data engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, track, and report product metrics including performance and profitability.
• Build and maintain data transformation models using dbt (or similar) to ensure analytics-ready datasets.
• Design and interpret A/B tests; apply causal inference methods when needed to determine product efficacy.
• Develop ROI projections to prioritize analytics deliverables by business impact.
• Tell compelling stories through data and communicate technical insights to non-technical audiences.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor product health and initiative success.
