Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• 3+ years cross‑functional with ML Eng and Data Science.
• 2+ years Product Management or related experience.
• 2+ years with AI, data analytics, or data products.
• 2+ years navigating a complex stakeholder environment.
• 2+ years communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• 2+ years delivering products through full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Create PRDs, acceptance criteria, and specs for Data Science, Engineering, and Leadership.
• Clarify requirements and aid technical discussions to implement features.
• Prioritize across teams balancing speed, scalability, accuracy, quality.
• Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream/downstream teams.
• Develop go‑live timelines with data science and engineering partners.
• Collaborate with clinicians to confirm value and quantify impact.
• Validate model results with clinicians and refine as needed.
• Track product metrics and ROI to prioritize features.
• Maintain roadmaps with internal customers and executives.
• Lead and guide a dedicated scrum team of data scientists and engineers.
