Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Product Analytics Associate to lead data-driven product initiatives. You will partner with engineering, product, and clinical teams to define metrics, build analytics models, and drive ROI-focused decisions.

The role requires strong SQL, Python/R, dbt experience, and expertise in A/B testing and causal inference. You will develop dashboards in Power BI to monitor product health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Statistics, Data Science, CS, Engineering, or related).
• 5+ years of experience in a technical product analytics or data science role.
• Experience with dbt (Data Build Tool) or similar analytics engineering tools, including version control (Git).
• Experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and statistical methods (regression, clustering, or predictive modeling).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience working with data engineering teams to develop data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define, track, and report on product metrics including performance and profitability.
• Build and maintain robust data transformation models using dbt to ensure analytics-ready datasets.
• Design and interpret A/B tests; apply causal inference methods when needed.
• Develop ROI projections to prioritize analytics deliverables by business impact.
• Tell compelling stories through data to a non-technical audience.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor product health and success.
