Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a data analytics leader to drive analytical efforts in the consumer and small business product space. You will leverage SQL, Python, and BI tools to transform data into actionable insights and partner with marketing, product, and technology teams to shape decisions.

You will define and monitor KPIs, evaluate product adoption and customer journeys, and present findings to senior stakeholders with clear data storytelling and visualizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with strong quantitative background.
• Experience in product analytics, customer analytics, marketing analytics, portfolio analytics, or business performance analytics.
• Experience evaluating product performance, customer engagement, and business outcomes.
• Ability to define and track key performance indicators and develop practical measurement frameworks.
• Knowledge of segmentation, behavioral analytics, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and test-and-learn methods.
• Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Understanding of Consumer and Business Payments ecosystems and Merchant Acquiring solutions.
• Fluency in Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases and BI platforms.
