Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Strategy & Initiatives Manager to shape and drive global sales performance reporting, analytics, and governance. You will reconcile data across Sales, Finance, Product, Technology and regional teams to deliver trusted metrics and scalable reporting capabilities.

You will lead complex initiatives, define KPI frameworks, and build executive dashboards that surface actionable insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, performance reporting, data strategy, or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to define performance metrics, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting.
• Experience solving complex analytical and reporting problems using large or disparate data sets.
• Ability to lead cross functional initiatives in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical frameworks and performance measures to understand business performance.
• Apply quantitative techniques to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities.
• Reconcile financial, management and operational reporting across sources.
• Establish metrics, definitions, governance and controls for trusted measures.
• Drive centralized reporting across segments and regions with local considerations.
• Lead executive reporting and KPI frameworks for clear visibility into performance.
• Shape long-term analytics roadmaps and raise analytical capability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Technology and regions.
