Job summary

Taxwell seeks a Senior Data Analyst to support product and marketing analytics. You will report to the Director of Analytics, perform deep funnel analysis, user behavior investigations, anomaly detection, and data storytelling to inform product strategy.

This hands-on role emphasizes translating complex journey data into actionable insights, enabling optimization of engagement, conversion, and campaign performance across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven working experience as a data analyst or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to query and transform large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Practical experience using AI tools to support analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Investigate user behavior, funnels, and product journeys to identify trends and anomalies.
• Partner with product managers to define KPIs and track feature adoption.
• Deliver actionable insights to guide product optimization and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to connect funnel insights across the customer journey.
• Design and build dashboards to monitor performance and support exploratory analysis.
• Prepare and present findings to executives in a concise manner.
