Job summary

Taxwell is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to dig into large, complex datasets and partner with Product and Marketing to understand customer behavior, product funnels, and opportunities. This is a hands-on role that goes beyond reporting and dashboards, requiring curiosity and the ability to connect data to a compelling story.

You will use SQL and Tableau daily to analyze behavior, measure funnels, and tell data-driven stories to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or BI in a B2C digital environment.
• Advanced SQL skills with hands-on querying and analysis of large datasets.
• Strong Tableau experience with dashboards and visualizations.
• Experience analyzing customer behavior, journeys, funnels, or digital experiences.
• Excellent data storytelling and ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Ability to work with Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders while driving analysis.

Responsibilities

• Investigate large and complex datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Analyze customer journeys and product/conversion funnels to understand drop-offs and friction.
• Partner with Product and Marketing to inform product decisions and marketing performance.
• Use SQL to transform and analyze data across customer behavior and engagement.
• Build dashboards and visualizations in Tableau for monitoring and exploration.
• Support A/B testing and analyses to measure impact of product and marketing changes.
• Translate analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Identify patterns and recommend deeper analyses where needed.
