Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a Senior Product Analytics Developer to define how customer experiences are measured, understood, and improved across our digital products. You will partner with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, and leaders to build scalable analytics solutions and actionable insights.

You will translate business questions into analytical solutions, establish measurement standards, and influence product strategy and investments.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• Experience: 5+ years in product analytics, digital analytics, BI, or data product development.
• Healthcare analytics knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the product analytics SME for measurement and success criteria across products.
• Define success metrics, measurement frameworks, and analytics strategies for customer-facing products.
• Design, develop, and maintain analytics data products, metrics, dashboards, and NLQ capabilities.
