Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Senior Product Analytics Developer within the Customer Analytics team to define how customer experiences are measured and improved across our digital products.

You will partner with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders to develop scalable analytics solutions, establish measurement strategies, and deliver insights that drive customer value and organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product analytics or data analytics.
• Experience developing analytics data products, dashboards, and self-service analytics.

Responsabilités

• Define success metrics and analytics strategies for customer-facing products.
• Design, develop, and maintain analytics data products, metrics, dashboards, and NLQ capabilities.
• Translate complex business questions into actionable analytical solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to inform product strategy and prioritize investments.
• Ensure data quality and governance across analytics platforms.
