Job summary

Experience in product analytics, customer analytics, digital analytics, and data-driven decision making.
Ability to develop analytics data products, metrics, dashboards, and self-service analytics.
Strong collaboration with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define success metrics and analytics strategies for customer-facing products.
Design, develop, and maintain analytics data products and dashboards.
Translate business questions into analytical solutions to guide product investments.
Establish metric governance and data quality practices.
Deliver actionable insights to improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
