Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in product analytics, customer analytics, or related fields.
• Experience building analytics data products, dashboards, and self-service analytics.
• Strong knowledge of product measurement, journeys, and outcomes in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Define measurement strategies, success metrics, and analytics frameworks for customer-facing products.
• Design, develop, and maintain analytics data products, dashboards, and NLQ capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
