Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Senior Product Analytics Developer to shape how customer experiences are measured and improved across digital products. You will partner with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, and leaders to develop scalable analytics that drive customer value and organizational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• 5 years of experience in product analytics, customer analytics, or digital analytics.
• Healthcare analytics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define success metrics, measurement frameworks, and analytics strategies for customer-facing products.
• Design, develop, and maintain analytics data products, dashboards, and NLQ capabilities.
• Translate business questions into actionable analytical solutions for prioritization and investment decisions.
• Deliver insights to influence product strategy and customer experience improvements.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
