Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Senior Product Analytics Developer to lead customer analytics within the Customer Analytics team. You will partner with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders to develop scalable analytics solutions that drive product strategy, measure engagement, and improve customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree described, plus 4 years of work experience beyond minimum.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in product analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as steward of product measurement with clear success criteria and trusted analytics.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, and leaders to define metrics and analytics strategies.
• Design, develop, and maintain analytics data products, dashboards, and NLQ capabilities for data-informed decisions.
• Translate business questions into analytical solutions to support prioritization and investments.
• Deliver actionable insights to improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
