Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working with data in roles such as data engineer, data analyst, or data scientist.
• Proficient with SQL, ETL, data modeling and at least one programming language (Python, C++, C#, Scala).

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and own the data architecture for large-scale projects while evaluating design and cost tradeoffs.
• Create frameworks to improve data logging and triage data infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to understand data needs and visualize insights.
• Define and manage SLAs for data sets.
• Determine and implement security models per privacy requirements and ensure governance.
• Design and launch data models and visualizations supporting multiple use cases across products.
• Solve complex data integration problems using ETL patterns and diverse data sources.
• Own and optimize production data processes and improve code with advanced algorithms.
• Optimize pipelines and dashboards to accelerate data artifact development.
• Influence cross-functional teams to identify data opportunities and impact.
• Mentor teammates with actionable feedback.
