Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis techniques including elicitation, current/future state analysis, and UAT.
• Agile mindset; experience with Jira, Confluence; Mural preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPAB/CSPO Certification desirable.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to facilitate workshops and mediate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document and translate high-complexity business requirements into Agile epics.
• Develop and execute business acceptance test plans and test strategies.
• Implement solutions to ensure integrity and quality of the final product.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver features.
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate across multiple squads and partners.
