Job summary

Flock Freight is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to own analytics for the Spot Pricing product, partnering with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to drive pricing strategy through data.

You will translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses, develop dashboards and models, and guide product decisions with measurable insights. Expect a collaborative, high-impact role in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Math, Economics, CS, Engineering).
• 3–5+ years in Product Analytics, Pricing Analytics, or related roles supporting product decisions.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for complex analysis and data validation.
• Experience with BI/visualization platforms (Tableau, Looker, Sigma, Mode).
• Experience with experimentation methods including MVP validation and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics for Flock’s Spot Pricing product and influence roadmap decisions.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and actionable insights.
• Build dashboards, models, and reporting tools for data-driven decision making.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and data pipelines powering reporting and insights.
• Mentor teammates and present findings to stakeholders.
