Job summary

Monarch Money, Inc. is seeking a senior product analyst to join our data team.

You will own how we measure the product and how we learn from it by setting the bar for experimental rigor, investigating user behavior to drive conversion and retention, and running our experimentation loop end to end with cross-functional partners. You will collaborate with growth, product, and engineering to define measurement, ensure tracking, build datasets, and automate workflows while delivering actionable

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in a product analyst role, preferably at a growth-stage company.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical methodologies for A/B testing.
• Ability to translate requirements for technical and non-technical partners.
• Experience across Amplitude, Statsig, Snowflake, DBT, Hex and Omni.

Responsibilities

• Own A/B test design and analysis, collaborating with product managers on conclusions.
• Lead the full experimentation loop from ideation to learning and iteration.
• Analyze user behavior and investigate anomalies to inform decisions.
• Define measurement approaches with product/engineering for new features.
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Automate recurring workflows while maintaining insight quality.
