Job summary

OMG Technology seeks an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 15+ years in Life Sciences, Healthcare IT, and Laboratory Informatics to lead LIMS/CDS/CTMS programs. You will guide regulatory compliance, data migrations, integrations, and validation, driving transformation across global lab platforms.

The role emphasizes domain leadership, process improvement, and effective collaboration with stakeholders and vendors in a remote delivery model.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience delivering Life Sciences and Healthcare IT programs.
Strong expertise in LIMS, CDS, CTMS/TMS, and Laboratory Informatics Platforms.
Experience with validation and compliance frameworks (GxP, GAMP 5, CSV/CSA, 21 CFR Part 11).
Knowledge of data migration, ETL, APIs, system integrations, and reporting.
Global delivery experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary SME for LIMS and laboratory workflows.
Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant system solutions.
Oversee data migration, system integration, release planning and change control.
Ensure regulatory compliance and validation activities (URS/FRS/IQ-OQ-PQ).
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive program delivery and risk mitigation.
Support onboarding of laboratories, regions, studies, and customers.
