Job summary
State Street Corp in Boston seeks an experienced Alpha Product Business Analyst to partner with Business and Technology teams on investment technology initiatives. You will translate operations needs into scalable data validation and reconciliation capabilities, and support delivery through the SDLC including client onboarding, Middle Office reconciliation, and conversion events.

Qualifications
- 6+ years in Product Analysis or Business Analysis for financial services.
- Experience with reconciliation, data validation, and control development.
- Experience documenting requirements, test cases, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and translate needs into functional specs and acceptance criteria.
- Identify automation opportunities and prioritize IDC enhancements.
- Define reconciliation and data validation requirements with mappings and tolerances.
- Support full SDLC including design, testing, and post‑release validation.
