State Street is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Alpha Data Services to drive requirements, data integration, and scalable data capabilities within the Alpha platform. You will partner with business, product, and technology teams to design solutions for IBOR/ABOR and related data domains.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above is required.
7+ years of financial services experience preferred.
Experience with IBOR/ABOR, security master, positions, and reference data.
Strong data analysis and mapping skills with enterprise data integration experience.
Proficiency with SQL and data transformation frameworks.

Responsibilities

Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements for integration use cases.
Define delivery plans and implementation approaches for new integration capabilities.
Analyze current and target data operating models for standardization and automation.
Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Development, and Data Management teams.
Support testing activities and ensure production readiness of data solutions.
