  • Create and maintain business requirements, project and functional documentation, test cases, procedures, and knowledge-sharing materials using Confluence, SharePoint, or equivalent tools.
  • Support adoption of new IDC capabilities through user walkthroughs, practical guidance, and operational handover to relevant support teams.
  • Provide functional/application support, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution across Business and Technology teams.
  • Support client conversion events as needed, providing IDC functional support, data validation and reconciliation analysis, issue triage, and coordination with Conversion, Business, and Technology teams during preparation, execution, and post-conversion follow-up.
  • Track requirements, defects, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items using Jira or similar project-tracking tools.
  • Communicate priorities, risks, issues, and delivery status to stakeholders while driving assigned initiatives through completion.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, requirements management, UAT, manual testing, implementation, and production support. Strong documentation, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, or comparable tools.
