State Street in Boston seeks an experienced Alpha Product Business Analyst to partner with Business and Technology teams on investment technology initiatives. You will translate operations needs into scalable data validation and reconciliation capabilities, and support delivery through the SDLC with hands-on analysis across client onboarding and middle office reconciliation.

Competenze

Experience in product analysis and business analysis within financial services.
Understanding Middle Office and IBOR workflows.
Experience with reconciliation processes and data validation.
Ability to translate manual processes into repeatable workflows.
Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.

Lead requirements gathering and convert business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
Identify automation opportunities to expand control coverage.
Define reconciliation and data validation requirements with mappings and tolerances.
Analyze cross-system data discrepancies and functional issues.
Support SDLC activities including UAT, testing, and post-release validation.
Maintain BRDs, test cases, and knowledge materials using Confluence/SharePoint.
