DrFirst is seeking a detail-oriented Product Analyst to support the ePrescribing team. You will manage day-to-day product development, maintain the backlog, and ensure high-quality delivery throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires collaboration with UX, QA, and operations; experience with Agile, Jira, Confluence, and healthcare tech is preferred. This remote-friendly position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to break complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Experience with healthcare IT or ePrescribing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements based on product manager guidance.
• Maintain and organize the product backlog with clear documentation and prioritization.
• Create and update feature specs, user guides, and process docs; align with UX.
• Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and estimate effort with engineering teams.
• Coordinate sprint planning and track progress; identify blockers.
• Triage bugs and feature requests; document issues and prioritize fixes.
• Coordinate release planning; produce release notes and rollback guides.
• Serve as liaison between product and support; document FAQs and troubleshooting steps.
• Generate dashboards and reports on product metrics and team performance.
• Support A/B testing and feature validation activities.
