Job summary

Clarify is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to own the analytics behind customer-visible metrics and to advance data pipelines, QA, and production deployment. You will define data grouping rules, validate results, and translate requests into concrete analytics with SQL at the core.

You’ll work with healthcare data concepts, build reference data mappings, and collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver reliable, scalable insights that support value-based care decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative/technical/health-related field
• 5+ years in data analysis or healthcare analytics, data-heavy role
• Advanced SQL and ability to query large datasets independently
• Experience with AWS and AI models for code development
• Familiarity with healthcare data concepts (claims, provider data, codes)
• Production data experience with scheduled refreshes and QA processes
• Clear writing: specs, acceptance criteria, decision records

Responsibilities

• Own data methodology and define logic for derived data points
• Write analytics logic for episode triggers, attribution, cost standardization, and quality numerators/denominators/exclusions
• Manage and expand reference data libraries (codes, mappings, geographical info)
• Prove numbers with reconciliation SQL and baseline comparisons
• Turn QA into standing coverage with robust data tests and release-ready data
• Scope feature requests, draft specs and acceptance criteria, coordinate with engineers
