Great American Employer Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to support the development and administration of Employer Health Solutions products, with a focus on Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Plus programs. This fully remote role requires collaboration across underwriting, claims, operations, compliance, legal, and marketing to drive product initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in insurance, employee benefits, healthcare financing, underwriting, product management or related field.
• Experience with medical stop loss, level funding, self-funded employer health plans or related healthcare coverage solutions preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance Employer Health Solutions products, including Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Plus program.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, operations, compliance, legal, marketing to design and maintain product offerings.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to support pricing, approvals and implementation.
• Analyze product performance to identify opportunities for enhancements and new development.
