The role works across underwriting, claims, operations, compliance, and marketing to drive product initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance, employee benefits, healthcare financing, underwriting, product management, or related field.
• Experience with medical stop loss, level funding, self-funded employer health plans, or related healthcare coverage is preferred.
• Professional designations or progress toward industry certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to collaborate across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Employer Health Solutions products, including Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Plus, to support growth and competitiveness.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, operations, compliance, legal, actuarial, and marketing teams to design and maintain product offerings.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to document product details for underwriting, pricing, and implementation.
• Analyze product performance, market data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancements.
• Assist in developing and executing product strategies, business plans, and initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and drive product-related initiatives to completion.
• Contribute to development of product specifications, underwriting guidelines, policy forms, and marketing materials.
• Support product filings and regulatory compliance across stakeholders.
