Job summary

PEMCO is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to conduct complex quantitative analysis of property & casualty products to improve performance and support PEMCO’s initiatives. You will partner with Product Managers and Actuarial to drive data-driven decisions and develop analytical strategies.

The role involves building dashboards, managing projects, and delivering pricing recommendations, data strategy, and rate filings insights while mentoring junior analysts and ensuring data governance alongside

Qualifications

• 3 years in property and casualty insurance industry.
• 6+ years in analytical roles with pricing experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, data manipulation, and large data files.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage large-scale projects with support.
• Create queries, dashboards, and tools to analyze product success.
• Report pricing recommendations and rate filings materials.
• Communicate analysis to stakeholders and drive data-driven decisions.
• Mentor junior analysts and assist in product reviews.
