Job summary

Forbes Advisor is seeking an experienced Producer to own day-to-day production for high-volume remote UGC and in-person shoots. You will manage logistics, talent communication, pre-production, and vendor coordination to empower the creative team.

You’ll collaborate with Creative Strategists and Directors to ensure briefs are translated into production-ready shoots while maintaining schedules and budgets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on production experience in advertising, performance marketing, digital/social content, UGC, or branded content.
• Experience producing remote creator/UGC shoots and in-person productions.
• Experience in a high-volume creative or performance marketing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production logistics, budgets, talent, vendors, crew, locations, equipment, and asset handoff.
• Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate production needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and execution of remote UGC/creator shoots while maintaining end-to-end ownership for the creative team.
• Manage casting outreach, communications with creators/talent, and pre-production scheduling.
• Develop and manage shoot budgets, timelines, call sheets, and production requirements.
• Ensure scripts, briefs, shot lists, and references are understood by creators before shoot day.
• Oversee in-person shoots from pre-production to wrap, including locations and equipment.
