Job summary

Forbes Advisor is seeking a Senior Post-Production Coordinator to own and optimize the workflows for paid social and native advertising post-production. You will coordinate across Editors, Designers, and freelancers, managing asset tracking, handoffs, and delivery while driving efficiency and scalability.

The role focuses on systems, processes, and collaboration with Creative Directors and Production teams to meet growing production demands in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in post-production coordination or similar role.
• Experience with high-volume digital content workflows.
• Strong understanding of post-production lifecycle and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate post-production across Editors, Designers, Motion Graphics Artists, freelancers, and other post resources across all content workstreams.
• Own day-to-day tracking of projects from assets through final delivery.
• Maintain visibility into assignments, priorities, deadlines, and capacity.
• Partner with Creative Directors and Production to plan upcoming work and coordinate priorities.
• Identify bottlenecks, missing assets, and workflow gaps before they impact delivery.
• Build and improve the post-production operating system, including workflows, templates, and automations.
• Establish and maintain asset organization standards and versioning across workstreams.
• Ensure assets stay linked to Shoot IDs, briefs, scripts, and production notes.
• Create scalable asset structures for easy location and reuse.
• Define Production → Post handoff with clear visibility into incoming work.
