Job summary

Forbes Advisor is seeking a Director of Creative Production to build and run the paid social and native creative production engine. You will lead the in-house Editor/Designer team and a roster of Producers, Shooters, and Crew, across remote UGC, in-studio shoots, on-location work, and AI-generated content.

The role reports to the VP Creative and collaborates with three Creative Directors to shape vertical creative direction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in direct-response or paid social creative production.
• 3+ years managing a production team.
• Experience managing both full-time and freelance rosters.
• Strong on-set craft and ability to direct talent.
• Fluency with AI tools in ideation, post, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production for paid social and native creative across four verticals.
• Hire, develop, and retain a team of Editor/Designers and post staff.
• Source and manage a flexible roster of Producers, Shooters, and Crew across the US.
• Source and manage freelance casting directors and remote UGC creators.
• Own shoot operations from pre-production to post-launch.
• Own post-production workflows, DAM standards, and asset library.
• Manage AI-augmented production tooling and workflows.
• Manage shoot budgets and contractor billing; forecast spend with Finance.
• Translate briefs into shootable, producible plans with Creative Directors.
• Set quality standards for output modes and audit consistency.
• Travel to locations to run shoots and supervise production.
