Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Producer or Senior/Lead Tech Producer with a track record of successful game launches.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and how it applies within an iterative game development environment.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to bridge technical and creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development process, ensuring that games are delivered on time and within budget.
• Create and maintain project budgets, and track expenditures.
• Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
