Job description

Lightfox Games is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Producer to join our Seattle, Washington based team to work on an unannounced mobile game for a world-class IP and Publisher.We are looking to build an organization of talented individuals operating in small teams with high levels of ownership.This role is hybrid out of our downtown Seattle office, with approximately 50% of time expected in-person. When remote, we're a quick-to-videocall, video-on studio to keep collaboration fast and effective.

Responsibilities
  • Own the production of two feature teams, driving work from concept through ship with clarity and momentum
  • Partner with Design, Engineering, and Art to build and maintain schedules, track dependencies, and surface risks early
  • Facilitate effective communication across disciplines, ensuring teams stay aligned on priorities and scope
  • Lead sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives, and continuously improve team processes to maximize throughput and quality
  • Shepherd builds and documents for publisher milestone reviews
  • Serve as connective tissue between feature teams and leadership, translating strategy into actionable plans
Requirements
  • 6+ years of game development experience, including senior-level production ownership on at least one shipped mobile title
  • Deep familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and hands-on experience running production for cross-functional teams
  • Strong ability to build and manage schedules, identify critical paths, and proactively manage risk
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information for different audiences
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and building process from scratch in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
  • An active mobile gamer with a feel for what makes mobile games engaging and high-quality
Nice to Have
  • Experience producing live ops content or features for a mobile free-to-play game post-launch with an understanding of mobile KPIs and benchmarks
  • Experience at a startup or early-stage studio
  • Experience working within an established IP or licensed property
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve production workflows, documentation, or team processes
Compensation

US$125,000 to US$150,000 depending on experience, plus health/vision/dental coverage, 401(k) matching, commuting benefits, and equity.
