ScapeWorld Entertainment is seeking a Senior Producer to own the game development plan across design, art, engineering, QA, and marketing. You will set priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs, and you will lead delivery with a clear sense of milestones and risk management.

You will work closely with the Creative Director, maintain alignment across teams, and drive a sustainable pace for a remote CET-based studio. This is a full-time contract with immediate start.

Qualifications

• Five years in games production or equivalent.
• Experience shipping a PC title through release stages.
• Comfortable using English in written and spoken form.

Responsabilités

• Own the production priorities day to day and close loops with teams.
• Keep design, art, engineering, QA, and marketing in step with the plan.
• Manage forward view with milestones, handoffs, and risk mitigation.
• Lead the team’s delivery with a focus on sustainable pace and morale.
• Coordinate with external production partners and schedules.
