Job description

We at Ravensburger are both a truly global company and a family. As a bunch full of different characters and personalities with heart and a passion for achieving our goals together, we offer a great range of entertainment for children and families. What drives us forward? A shared sense of purpose. Together we are working on creating something meaningful - pure fulfillment for your career!

This is what we need you for

The Disney Lorcana TCG team is growing! The Product & Play Team is looking for an experienced Sr Producer – Product & Play who thrives on driving the decisions, documentation, and communication our teams need to deliver joy to our fans. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead end-to-end workflows across a wide range of products and play & events support materials including for-sale SKUs, promo cards, store organized play kits, and event support materials. The ideal candidate has a passion for physical product development, thrives in turning ambiguity and chaos into answers and order, is a project storyteller who is equally comfortable delivering executive-facing presentations and detailed project spec documentation, and has a knack for anticipating roadblocks and finding win-win solutions, ultimately ensuring work moves forward efficiently and effectively. Disney fandom and TCG knowledge are a plus!

  • Lead Product & Play Team development operations, defining and supporting all critical milestones from initial project conception through final delivery, while driving milestone reviews, executive visibility, feedback loops, and approvals across each stage of development.
  • Serve as the authoritative voice and primary point of contact for Product & Play initiatives, ensuring clear communication, cross-functional alignment, and collaboration across the TCG Studio, the broader Ravensburger organization, external partners, vendors, agencies, and licensors.
  • Shepherd new Product & Play program exploration from vision through definition, proactively identifying roadblocks, driving decision-making, and ensuring teams have the information needed to execute in a clear, succinct, and timely manner.
  • Own the TCG category’s inputs into master data systems, forecasting tools, approval platforms, and reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely information, managing submissions and approvals, tracking feedback and revisions, and maintaining brand and franchise compliance.
  • Manage project budgets, vendor and agency relationships, and creative production processes by compiling and tracking project costs against budget and P&L targets, overseeing scopes, timelines, deliverables, and approvals, and ensuring all external work aligns with brand expectations and business objectives.
This is what you can score highly with
  • 4+ years of experience working as a Producer, Project Manager, or equivalent, ideally with experience producing physical products and/or events within the entertainment, gaming, or consumer products industry; experience working with licensors or within brand approval systems required, with Disney experience a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, including driving decision-making, crafting documentation, removing blockers, escalating project issues effectively, generating proactive solutions, and moving initiatives forward in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills, including the ability to craft clear, useful documentation without becoming overburdened; equally comfortable communicating with creative, production, business, and executive stakeholders; and able to quickly and clearly present key project highlights while tailoring the level of detail and focus to specific audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a matrix organization, maintaining focus under pressure for self and others; exhibiting a positive yet confident demeanor; de-escalating issues, proactively uplifting team morale, and consistently driving high standards for work output while remaining accountable, assertive, and dependable.
  • Highly curious and motivated to optimize internal processes, with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Wrike); knowledge of trading card games, collectible fandoms, or tabletop gaming strongly preferred; passion for Disney a plus; BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Salary Range: $102,000-$125,000 annually
