Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Over five years of Produce experience.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising the Produce department.
• Schedule, train, order, and oversee department tasks.
• Verify produce vendor invoices and ensure quality and quantity accuracy.
• Maintain inventory control to maximize freshness, sales and minimize shrinkage.
• Ensure proper trimming, display, labeling and rotation of products.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.
