Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Level 3/4 Procurement Agent to join the E-7 supply chain team, based in Oklahoma City, OK or Tukwila, WA. This senior procurement role leads end-to-end sourcing for complex government and commercial packages with autonomy, mentoring responsibilities, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will apply knowledge of TINA/FAR/DFARS, perform cost/price analyses, negotiate terms, ensure audit readiness, and drive process standardization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supply chain/procurement experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management, including pricing analysis, lead time and contract negotiations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing large budgets and senior stakeholder communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle procurement for complex packages.
• Negotiate commercial and government contracts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align requirements and schedules.
• Mentor Level 1-2 procurement staff.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with TINA, FAR, DFARS.
• Drive continuous improvement of procurement processes.
