Job summary

Arkestro is seeking a Senior Consultant, Professional Services to drive successful implementations of our Predictive Procurement Platform. This remote role requires collaborating with customers to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless transition to Arkestro while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

The ideal candidate brings a problem-solving mindset, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering value in complex procurements.

Qualifications

• US-based with proven implementation consulting experience.
• 6+ years as consultant, business analyst, or project manager.
• Willing to travel 35% or more.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers and project team to implement Arkestro in procurement processes.
• Deliver best-in-class solutions leveraging functional, technical, and product knowledge.
• Review and map existing procurement templates to Arkestro.
• Lead cross-functional teams to prepare and drive the project plan to completion.
• Identify system or process improvements and challenge the status quo.
• Serve as primary contact for sustaining issues, enhancements, and change requests.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer on solution functionality and testing methods.
