Job summary

Ramp is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect, Procurement (Pre-Sales, Enterprise) to act as the technical and functional expert for Procurement and P2P within our Solutions organization.

You will support enterprise Account Executives and Solutions Consultants in running sophisticated procurement cycles, lead discovery, validate requirements, design future-state workflows, and create pre-sale implementation plans for a seamless handoff to onboarding.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Procurement, P2P, ERP, or similar technical implementation roles.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, procurement operations, vendor management, AP, bill pay, and contract workflows.
• Hands-on experience designing or implementing P2P solutions (Coupa, Ariba, Zip, Ivalua, Workday, NetSuite, etc.).
• Strong technical acumen — API experience required, plus familiarity with SFTP, integrations, data migration, SCIM/SAML, and ERP financial objects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution design.
• Drive technical validation and pre-sale implementation planning.
• Partner with Sales to win complex enterprise deals.
• Influence product and GTM strategy for Ramp's procurement offering.
• Ensure seamless handoff to onboarding.
